2 Tbs fresh-squeezed organic lemon juice (my lemons were averaging 3 tbs each with my hand juicer)
2 Tbs raw syrup (although I add more because I use more energy daily. You can supposedly gain weight during the cleanse by increasing this)
1/10 Tsp cayenne (I eyeball it with a pinch)
8oz of water
It's actually delicious. I know I'll get sick of it eventually though. My friend suggests switching it up with limes every so often to change the taste, so I'll probably buy some limes when I run out of lemons.
This morning, I am drinking a mug of strong senna tea, a popular laxative. I'm not planning on going anywhere today until the effects have been fulfilled...
I tried running yesterday, but I didn't get very far. I don't think this has anything to do with the cleanse, however, as I'm over a mile up in the air and the air is much lower in oxygen content. It felt like my limbs were running out of oxygen.
Now it's off to finish this tea, drink my first glass, and go explore my new home a little more.
